VEHICLE WRAPS
Soho Lofts purchased new transit vans to shuttle residents to the Hoboken PATH station. Residents were struggling to identify their vehicle among the many shuttles.
I was tasked with using the Soho Lofts brand guide to create full wraps.
DIRECTIONAL SIGN
RiverHouse 9's elevators needed a branded sticker to guide prospects to the leasing office.
POOL PASSES
Many property pools experienced overcrowding during the summer.
I designed easily identifiable pool passes for each location within their established style guidelines.
BUILDING BANNER
Portside at East Pier planned to replace a series of time-worn large-format banners facing Boston Harbor.
I was tasked with designing updated, brand-appropriate replacements while avoiding use of the compass icon due to an upcoming brand refresh.
GLASS DECALS
One of the properties was undergoing public space renovations that introduced large expanses of floor-to-ceiling glass, creating a potential safety hazard for visitors.
I designed custom glass manifestations, inspired by the property's new geometric logo and supervised the on-site installation.
