As part of Veris' initiative for consistent branding across the portfolio, I redesigned each property's existing prospect information guides.
Leasing teams use these documents to help prospective tenants recall key property features from their tours, along with leasing fees and application details.

RESIDENT WELCOME PACKETS
Leasing staff spent a significant portion of their workday responding to repetitive resident questions.
In response, the marketing team created a Resident Welcome Packet that addressed common topics such as move-in policies, resident experience apps, parking policies, shuttle schedules, and more.

Each property lobby included a digital display that informed residents about community initiatives and local ads.

MYVERIS RELAUNCH
Veris Residential was preparing to launch a redesigned resident app ahead of the previous platform’s retirement. We needed to drive awareness, encourage adoption, and support residents through the transition.
I was tasked with combining the company’s brand identity with app mockup assets provided by the developer to create a cohesive launch campaign across elevator flyers and an email campaign.
The campaign achieved a 90% resident adoption rate within the first month of launch.”

COMPLIMENTARY WATER
Prospective tenants are offered complimentary water and snacks during property tours. Company leadership wanted branded aluminum water bottles that aligned with the “Embrace” sub-brand, which promotes staff and resident well-being.
Using visual assets from the sub-brand, I designed a custom bottle label that reinforced the initiative’s wellness-focused identity.

VERIS PROMISE BAGS
The company rolled out a sub-brand called "The Veris Promise" with pledges to help ensure a positive resident experience.
As part of the launch, I designed a resident information package that included a branded gift bag and introductory program card.
